The Morty Sills Shirt
Extra-fine stitching gives discreet seams and extra long wear. Fine, double stitching produces optimum durability and elegant lap seams along the sides. The quality of a shirt is the sum of many details. The greater the attention to these details, the greater the quality.
Each shirt consists of 23 components that are cut and assembled with exacting precision. The process involves 60 distinct operations that are checked at five critical inspection stations. Over the course of a century, the comfortable, elegant fit has been perfected by skilled designers, cutters and tailors.

Initial Consultation
A meeting with one of our highly trained custom clothiers at our showroom or your home or office to discuss your custom wardrobe needs.
Selecting Fabric
Fabric is selected based on individual requirements and specifications. We have our house collection of fabrics hand selected from Italy as well as all of the top fabrics from Italy, England, and Switzerland including Zegna, Loro Piana, Dormeul, Scabal, Gladson, Holland and Sherry, and so on.

Style and Fit
Garment fit preferences and customization options are discussed in great detail to ensure the best possible look. We customize every aspect of our garments from fabric, lining, buttons, lapels, pockets, monograming to shirt collars, cuffs, buttons, and plackets.
Measurements
Our experienced clothiers take over 35 measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
Creating the Garments
All garments are hand made through a series of production phases. Tailors first create a paper pattern based on the 35+ measurements. The paper pattern is then placed on the fabric selected where it is then chalked. The tailor then cuts along the chalked fabric to begin stitching each individual piece of the garment together.
Quality Control
Once custom garments are completed, they are thoroughly checked to ensure everything is to exact specifications.
The Reveal / First Fitting
Your first fitting will be with our custom clothier to evaluate all aspects of the garment. Any alterations needed will be done by our in house tailor. The time from initial consultation to the first fitting is 4-5 weeks. We are able to do rush orders upon request.
